As part of VyStar’s commitment to cultural diversity, equity, and inclusion, they established VyStar Resource Groups (VRGs) to give employees multiple platforms to learn about, discuss and embrace different perspectives. Creating VRGs has helped the organization build a more inclusive environment and address diversity and inclusion in a more holistic, community-based way.

Goals

• Provide each group with a distinct logo that represents their group while also staying withing VyStar’s brand standards.

• Use a consistent design element in each logo to create consistency and unity amongst the groups.
